Justice Matters. Law & Order: Justice-seeking lawyers with a vocational vision National
Can there be justice in a post-truth world?
In a world that is increasingly thinking with its feelings, who decides what justice means? If everyone is allowed to have their own truth, can we all have our own versions of justice too? And if that's the case, where and how do lawyers fit in to the pursuit of justice? Is there a way that we can come together and find a basis for justice, a standard of justice and a means to justice through which we can satisfy human hearts, tackle injustice and build a better world?
These questions represent landmines in our day and age, and yet there is a wealth of material in scripture to help us navigate the terrain with agility and courage. Join us as we connect the biblical text to the daily grind in a modern society in this second instalment of our Justice Matters series! Speaking is Max Jeganathan, former lawyer and current Asia-Pacific Regional Director of RZIM (Ravi Zacharias International Ministries). Max is passionate about how the Christian faith answers the deepest questions of life, and he has considerable experience in answering tricky questions, so make sure to bring some with you for our open question time!
The event is free to join but please register and confirm your attendance on Eventbrite to receive the Zoom meeting details.
