"It has long been the desire of the Lawyers' Christian Fellowship that God would birth and bring to maturity a generation of lawyers who passionately preach justice with their lives from a Biblical understanding of law and a deep, intimate relationship with God." - H Satterthwaite, Law and Justice Bible Studies.

The 'Rooted' teaching track is focused on the Theology of Law and Justice, and comprises of 7 lunchtime online sessions, meeting from May to July. We will be studying the new edition of the LCF publication "Law & Justice Bible Studies."

  • Thursday 2nd May - The Character of God 
  • Thursday 16th May - Law, Creation and the Fall 
  • Thursday 23rd May - The Mosaic Law 
  • Thursday 6th June - Kingship and the Prophetic Call to Justice 
  • Thursday 20th June - Christ and Caesar and Submission to Authorities 
  • Thursday 4th July - Law and the Spirit 
  • Thursday 18th July - The Last Judgement 

Once you register, you will receive the Zoom details for all sessions. The meetings will be for one hour.

The teaching programme will adopt a book club format. Prior to each session, participants will be provided with a chapter along with discussion questions for the upcoming meeting. By the culmination of the series on July 18th, participants will have the entire book at their disposal.

While there is no set fee, we kindly suggest a donation of £8 to support the production expenses associated with the book. Your contribution is greatly appreciated.
