Lawyers are (mostly!) considered to be quite an intelligent and articulate group of people. This carries with it risks of pride and arrogance but also great opportunities to use advocacy and reasoning skills to advance the cause of the gospel.
So how can we grow in explaining our faith with confidence? And what are the particular ways lawyers might be gifted to advocate for the gospel in the spheres of apologetics and evangelism?
In this short video, Simon Edwards, former lawyer and now full-time apologist at the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics, explores how Christian lawyers can use their legal skills to argue humbly for the reasonableness of faith in Christ.
